The hospital starts as a sanatorium with 7 buildings (no. 6/10/11/14/15/16/19) built in secession / Art Nouveau style in 1904
1912 – main profile changed to industrial accidents with 280 beds
In the 1st World War it operates as a military hospital
1928 – Industrial Hospital, main profile changed to respiratory diseases
1930’s – new buildings and renovations
1936 – new staff building as nurse hotel in Bauhaus style (1st modern Bauhaus public building in Hungary!)
1945 – Red Army expropriate the whole property. New name is Soviet Hospital.
The new owner (Moscow) orders 9 new buildings (post office, flats, outdoor stage, pig farm, club)
It becames a closed, guarded, secret military object with 4 nuclear-proof underground corridors, 3 bunkers and an anti-aircraft shelter

1991 – soviets leave the area. The occupied state buy only the property back with more than 30 buildings.
1991-1993: The expensive medical equimpents were dismounted and delivered to Russia
Some of the buildings were demolished, the rest is still abandoned (only 4 buildings have function today)

- thermal water from a 187 meters deep well and drinking water from a 68 meters deep well
